Hope integrated health is an online counselling and dietetics private practice. The connection between physical and mental health is well understood, therefore we provide a service that is especially for you as a unique individual.

Everyone needs more support, understanding and wisdom at times in life.  There can be health difficulties, relationship challenges, disappointment and grief along the way.

Sometimes the coping strategies we can develop can be more harmful,  things can get worse or we remain feeling hopeless and unable to move forward. Many times it is our relationships with others that have hurt as deeply and changes the way we view ourselves. It will also be relationship with others and ourselves that will bring the healing we need. Sometimes this needs to be with a therapist to help bring the insights and understanding of ourselves and others, so that we can more effectively navigate our current relationships and situations.

Nourishing our bodies well with good nutrition is often underestimated in its ability to enhance our mental health. It is well understood that nutrition impacts our physical health,  current research is showing that there is a the link between nutrition and mental health, especially for anxiety and depression.  Finding the best nutrition plan for you is something we care about.
