I offer individual psychology and psychotherapy services to adults aged 18 years and over.

I work with people seeking to better understand themselves, their experiences and their relationships with others.

I predominately practices from a psychodynamic informed perspective. This approach involves therapist and client working together over time towards a deeper understanding of the client’s experiences (including thoughts, emotions, behaviours and relationships). This can help us to understand how past experiences may be influencing current ways of being and difficulties in your present life, in turn working towards creating opportunity for new ways of engaging.
