I am Laura,

I have over 10 years experience working with Pre-teen and teen girls.  Being a teenager can be full of opportunities as well as challenges and I am passionate providing a warm and practical counselling services.

I am passionate about celebrating girls’ successes and offering a supportive, non-judgmental space for them to discuss their challenges. I enjoy accompanying girls on their journey as they build confidence and courage, tackle obstacles, gain essential skills, and develop healthy habits for a bright future.

I have experience working with teen girls in schools, churches and sporting clubs.  I can help with Academic stress, anxiety, ADHD, perfectionism, friendship, social issue, grief/loss, general school issues, self esteem, life change.
