Hello, my name is Jacob. I am a counsellor specialising in a trauma-informed, person-centred approach. My work is grounded in honouring the client’s unique experiences, interests, and needs. Rather than focusing solely on a single issue, I take a holistic view—supporting individuals in exploring all aspects of what they are currently navigating.

I have a particular interest in working with neurodivergent clients, including those with ADHD and autism. My practice centres on supporting individuals who are seeking clarity around life purpose and cultivating a more authentic sense of self—one that aligns with their values, strengths, and lived experiences.

Utilising and celebrating a person’s inherent strengths is a key part of the therapeutic process. I also work collaboratively with clients on addressing childhood trauma, developing grounding techniques, and fostering long-term healing and resilience in a way that feels safe, empowering, and deeply individualised.
