Boyo has been trained extensively in Counselling, Psychotherapy and Social Work and has 26 years of experience in these fields. She is also a practitioner of ancient energy medicine.

Being an eclectic therapist Boyo integrates Experiential therapies (Psychodrama and Gestalt therapy), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Psychodynamic Concepts.

Having been trained in a number of recognized modalities and traditions Boyo can draw from different ways of thinking and has access to a great variety of techniques. This enables her to choose and create a treatment that will be suitable and effective for you.
