Thrive Counselling

My name is Dr Mark Herriman and I am an experienced, professionally registered counsellor.  I pride myself in working with individuals, couples, families and groups to tackle life’s problems and achieve positive and productive outcomes.

My therapeutic approach is based on Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), which focuses on the present circumstances and future goals that my clients have.  Together we look at solutions to the problems and issues that my clients may be facing, and draw upon the resources and strengths that they have to accomplish their goals.  In essence, we take a future-orientated and goal-directed approach to solving problems in one’s life.  We do this through confidential personal and professional counselling and coaching within a nurturing, supportive and safe environment.

I see clients from school-aged children to adults, and offer face to face therapy at my private practice, as well as online or phone counselling sessions and consultations from the comfort of your own home.
