I’m Mariyah Shahrin (she/her) and I provide mental health counselling to teenagers and adults using a broad range of therapeutic modalities based on your needs.

As a registered counsellor, my goal is to guide you through the challenges life throws at you. Whether this may be life changes, identity exploration, goal setting or even getting to know yourself better.

I believe that as humans, we are ever-changing. But change can be a lot to tackle alone. In a time where we’re often focused on our fears and negative attributes, I hope to support you in bringing more warmth into your life.
