RCC offers affordable individual counselling for various areas, with a focus on career counselling, anxiety, stress management, and self-esteem/acceptance.

RCC provides psychological counselling support, workshops, and coaching programs for women, teenagers, and pre-teens in diverse settings, including outdoor, private rooms, online, telephone, and in-home counselling.

Our environment is safe, relaxed, and welcoming, allowing everyone to share their story and receive support. Counselling sessions are tailored to each client’s needs and progress.

Many clients dealing with anxiety and depression prefer the outdoor nature-based setting due to its calming, relaxed, and therapeutic effects. Additionally, the outdoors offers the option of walk-and-talk therapy.
