At Held Counselling we support you to make peace with your body. To explore your body story, to un-pack and un-learn years of diet culture and to stop letting your size stop you from living the life you want.

With my own lived experience of navigating the world in a bigger body, and a Master of Counselling, I understand what it’s like to face constant criticism, not feel good enough and to have a body that the world says doesn’t belong.
