Mary Mackenzie Counselling and Coaching

Mary specialises is relationship therapy. This is done using the Relational Life Therapies model, and centres around improving communication. Her clients learn how to have difficult conversations without defensiveness or escalation. Mary focuses on finding mutual respect and affection that is the pillar to building a stronger relationship. This is useful for working through infidelity, power imbalances, and differing life values and goals.
Mary also provides a non judgemental space to work through the contemplation of separation.
After hours appointments are an option with Mon – Thurs 1pm – 7pm, and Sunday appointments.
