Kellie Keniger is an experienced, registered counsellor using evidence-based therapies to treat anxiety, depression, grief and loss, relationship issues and more. She sees individuals and couples from her clinic in Wilston or online via Telehealth and works from a person-centred, trauma-informed approach.
With a compassionate, curious nature and dedication to ongoing study and research, she is deeply passionate about helping her clients succeed. Using an integrative blend of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), strengths-based and solutions-focused therapies, she will tailor the session to the best fit for each client.
