I have completed postgraduate studies in perinatal and infant psychology and am passionate about supporting parents and their babies in forming strong, healthy connections from conception onward. I offer assistance with a range of issues including birth trauma, neonatal loss, prematurity, maternal depression, anxiety, and grief, which can create significant challenges during this vulnerable period.

For babies and toddlers, I employ evidence-based, play-based therapy that involves parents. Play is a natural communication method for children, and most parents find this approach gentle, enjoyable, and enriching. This method also proves beneficial for older children and their parents.
