I’m Janelle. I am a Brisbane-based Family Therapist.

I offer counselling for individuals, couples and families who are seeking guidance and support during challenging times.

With 20 years of practice both in Brisbane and rural Queensland, I specialise in couples and family therapy, as well as neurodiverse counselling for families where Autism /Aspergers/ADHD or other developmental, behavioural or neurodivergent traits are identified.

Offering an integrative approach that draws on diverse schools of therapy and other wellness modalities, I coach couples, families and individuals who want to co-create a more harmonious experience of their lives and relationships.

In a constructive and non-judgmental environment, each individual is heard, validated, and invited to explore new ideas and responses that will alleviate relationship problems and encourage positive change and personal growth.
