I’m a qualified social worker with over 20 years of experience and I have extensive knowledge and experience in a variety of areas.

Along with experience in supporting people navigate life events such as parenting, mental health, grief and loss, family and domestic violence, isolation, and the struggle in navigating society.

I also know and value neurodiversity including the challenges that come ADHD, Autism and other neurodiverse differences.
