Dr Cassandra Shields Clinical Psychologist

Dr Cassy values inclusivity, equality and diversity. She is committed to listening and learning from a humble and open heart from those who have experienced marginalisation within our communities.

She tailors individualised treatment plans, to suit clients’ personal needs and goals. These plans are developed collaboratively, with a focus on the development of a strong working alliance with clients and supervisees.

As a scientist practitioner, Dr Cassy draws from a range of treatment modalities grounded in clinical research. She has special interest in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Acceptance and Commitment therapy (ACT) and Eye Movement Desensitisation Reprocessing (EMDR).
