Working from a trauma informed approach, ​​I use traditional therapeutic counselling approaches including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) together with stress management and emotional release modalities such as Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT/Tapping) and Mindfulness to help you move forward from stress, anxiety and trauma.
