Brooke Shelton - Perinatal, child and family therapy

My name is Brooke Shelton and I offer therapy to children, teens, adults, couples, and family’s that are experiencing emotional and relationship difficulties and mental health related concerns.

I regularly receive referrals relating to the difficulties with conceiving, parenting, couples in crisis, and family’s that are struggling.

I work with individuals and family’s of all shapes and sizes, genders and sexualities.
I offer therapy from an attachment and trauma informed perspective, and work primarily from a psychodynamic approach. Most people come to see me as they need a change, something isn’t working, but they can’t seem to make the change on their own. With my training and experience I offer a space where you can understand your current concerns and find another way forward.
I am also an accredited Neuroprotective Developmental Care (NDC), ‘Possums’ practitioner, meaning I can also offer sleep and settling support without utilising any form of controlled crying.
I also offer supervision to individuals and groups across the public and private sector.
